Job Title: Junior Sales Representative

Working Schedule - Full Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Develops thorough knowledge of roofing products and services and communicates effectively to customers
• Develops prospects in Louisville and Southern Indiana through various marketing efforts
• Provides professional, positive, and polite customer service in person, over the phone and through email. Responds promptly to customer inquiries
• Educates and advises customers of roof installation expectations including providing accurate timelines and work site requirements
• Collaborates with Site Supervisor to ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requests
• Reviews customer satisfaction and facilitates payment process
• Develops and maintains sales reports and forecasts through Microsoft Excel or other software
• Maintains regular contact with customers and other departments as needed
• Assists colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in roofing or construction field strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing personality - Positive and polite
• Willingness to learn and grow in the roofing industry
• Self-driven and goal oriented
• Detailed and organized
• Satisfactory computer skills required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions including hot temperatures, cold temperatures, and rainy conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and move items weighing up to 200 pounds
• Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, crouch, pull, lift, carry, and move over uneven surfaces
• Must be comfortable with heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
